OAKSTONE

Two sides of one market

We connect AI teams that need GPU clusters with data centers that have them.

We make the introduction and help structure the deal; the two parties contract directly. Providers pay our fee on closed deals. Buyers pay nothing.

How it works

Four steps, then you transact directly.

  1. 01

Tell us what you have or need

GPU type, count, interconnect, duration, region, timing.

  2. 02

We match it against our network

Supply on one side, qualified demand on the other.

  3. 03

    We introduce and help structure

Pricing context, terms, timeline — a deal both sides can sign.

  4. 04

    You contract directly

The provider pays our success fee when the deal closes.

If you have capacity

Your sales team keeps selling. Your accounts stay yours.

We handle
  • Finding buyers and qualifying them — budget, timeline, and workload confirmed
  • Matching demand to your capacity and terms
  • The introduction, and support structuring the deal
You keep
  • Your pricing
  • Your contract, on your paper
  • The customer relationship
  • Full control of your hardware and scheduling
  • Non-exclusive. Work with us alongside your own sales team and any other channel.
  • Every lead registered in writing. Before any introduction, so there's a clear record of who sourced it.
  • Your accounts are off-limits. If a lead is already yours, tell us — it's excluded. No fee, no argument.
  • Success fee only. No listing fee, no retainer, nothing up front.

If you need capacity

You could cold-email providers yourself. Here’s what we add.

We see what clusters actually trade for, so you don’t anchor to a list price. We handle short and odd-shaped requirements — eight weeks, burst capacity, a gap between funding rounds — that don’t fit standard one-to-three-year contracts. And to be plain about the money: the provider pays us when a deal closes, the same way a landlord pays a tenant’s broker. That’s why it’s free to you, and it means we only get paid when we bring you something worth signing.

Questions

Answered straight.

What does this cost me?

If you're buying compute: nothing. If you're providing it: a success fee on deals we source that close. Nothing up front either way.

Do you own or resell the compute?

No. We don't own hardware, don't resell capacity, and don't sit in the middle of the transaction. We introduce, help structure, and you transact directly.

What if I already have the relationship?

Then it's yours. Every lead we bring is registered in writing before introduction, and existing or direct accounts are excluded. No fee on business you already had.

Why use a broker instead of going direct?

Because neither side can see the whole market. Providers can't find every buyer; buyers can't tell a fair price from a bad one. We talk to both sides at once.

Are you new?

Yes. Oakstone started in 2026. We'd ask you to judge us on the quality of the first lead or the first option we bring you — which costs you nothing to look at.
