What we collect, and what we do with it.

Last updated 25 August 2026

This site is operated by Oakstone Group, Inc., which trades as Oakstone. The only personal information we collect is what you type into the forms on this site. There is no tracking pixel, no advertising network, and no third-party analytics beyond aggregate page counts.

What we collect

Only what the form asks for:

  • Your name, work email address, and company — all required.
  • Your phone number, if you give it. It's optional.
  • The details of your capacity or your requirement: GPU type, GPU count, duration, timing, region, and any notes you add.

We don’t ask for and don’t want anything sensitive — no financial account details, no government identifiers, no personal information about anyone other than you. Please don’t put any of that in the notes field.

Why we collect it

Two reasons, and only these two. First, so we can reply to you. Second, so we can match supply against demand — that is the entire service. If you tell us you have 512 H100s free in October, we use that to find someone who needs them.

What we share, and how

Brokering means telling the other side something about you. Here is exactly how that works:

  • If you're buying, we describe your requirement to providers anonymously by default — the GPU type, count, duration, timing and region, without your name or your company's. We name you only once you've told us to.
  • If you're providing capacity, we describe what you have to buyers we think are a fit. We'll name you at the introduction, because that's the point of the introduction.
  • Either way, no introduction happens without you knowing about it first.

We do not sell your information, rent it, trade it, or hand it to a data broker or an advertiser. Ever. There is no version of this business where we do that.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are written to a Postgres database hosted by Supabase, and a copy is sent to us by email through Resend, our email provider. The site itself is hosted on Vercel, which also gives us aggregate traffic counts — page views, not people. Each of those companies processes the data on our behalf and under their own security terms; none of them has permission to use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep an inquiry for as long as it’s live, and for 24 months after our last contact with you, because compute needs come back around and it’s useful to know what you were looking for last time. After that we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner, at any time, and we will.

Getting your data, or getting it deleted

Email connorjbboulware@gmail.com from the address you submitted, and say what you want: a copy of what we hold, a correction to it, or its deletion. We’ll do it within 30 days and confirm when it’s done. You don’t need to give a reason, and asking costs you nothing — there’s no account to close and no form to fill in.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. We won’t make a change that applies retroactively to information you’ve already given us without telling you first.
